Ace Flexi Primer

Description

Diamond Ace Flexi is an Elastomeric Primer and based on modifed styrene acrylic co-polymer specially formulated for water proofng. It is highly flexible penetrating primer and used to cover hairline cracks, excellent resistance to water, alkali and efflorescence, seals the pores and prevent water penetration.

Recommended Use

Diamond Ace Flexi Primer is suitable to use as primer for exterior and interior brickwork, plaster, concrete surfaces. It is a highly flexible environment friendly product.

Film Thickness and Spreading Rate

Dry Film Thickness:                      60 – 100 µm per coat (based on substrate condition)

Theoretical Coverage:                  8-10 m2 / Ltr / Coat

(Actual coverage is dependent on substrate condition, application method,

application condition and fiishing appearance)

Surface Preparation

All loose material including loose plaster, cement splashes, old paint, dust, etc. must be thoroughly removed. New plaster / concrete must be fully cured.

Condition During Application

The temperature of the substrate should be min. 3°C above the dew point of the air temperature and relative humidity not more than 70% measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is necessary when the paint is used in confined spaces. Mix the paint to uniform consistency before application.
