Description

Diamond Roof Coat is a special purpose acrylic elastomeric roof coating that keeps water and sunlight off your roof.

Finish: Matt, Smooth, Brick

Directions and application procedure:

1) Apply with roller or brush.

2) For The first thin coat, dilute The paint in 1:2 ratio with clean water (1 Part Paint : 2 Parts Water), apply with brush in such a way that the paint can penetrate into small pores to make it completely waterproof.

3) For 2nd and 3rd coats, thin the paint in 1:1 ratio with water (1 Part Paint : 1 Part Water), apply with roller in a cross-hatch pattern resulting in a total dry film thickness of 1 mm.

4) Interval between coats 8 to 12 hours.

5) Late afternoon application is not recommended if high humidity conditions exist, as that could cause high moisture concentration in the surface overnight.

6) Do not apply when the surface or air temperature is below 50°F( 10°c) or if rain, snow or heavy dew is expected within 48 hours.
