Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan and only on orders of PKR 3000 and above. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed.

Shipping Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 8000.
  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for everywhere in Pakistan.
• A confirmation call may be required before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

• If the delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours for resolution.
