Order cancellation
Need to cancel an order? Learn how our order cancellation process works, including eligibility and timelines
Step 1:
Open your order confirmation email and click the "View Order" button. This will take you to your order details page.
Step 2:
On the order details page, scroll down to the bottom. This is where you'll find the cancellation option. Click the "Cancel" button.
Step 3:
After clicking "Cancel", a confirmation popup will appear from you where you need to click "Proceed". This will cancel your order from our system.
