Diamond Overall Undercoat-S is an oil-based, non-absorbent, intermediate prep coat with excellent hiding power, filling and sanding properties and good holdout for gloss and matt enamels. It prepares paint surfaces to give the perfect base for your final topcoat. It is highly recommended for use on all interior and exterior surfaces like wood, metal, iron, etc.
